High profile financial institution seeks to appoint a capital markets / corporate banking solicitor to its in-house legal department.

A newly created role within the organisation, reporting directly to the group head of legal, the appointee will advise the business on banking and corporate finance issues across all bank divisions - capital markets, debt and corporate restructuring, as well as advising on financial services regulation issues.
The successful candidate will have a high degree of visibility within the bank and as such will be confident in their approach, will have the ability to work collaboratively, be an effective decision maker and capable of working autonomously. As a newly created position, this is a unique opportunity for the appointee to put their own stamp on the role in addition to dealing with a broad range of banking / capital markets queries. 

Suitable applicants must have 5 years+ PQE dealing in corporate banking and will ideally have capital markets experience, gained either in-house or a corporate firm in Dublin or London. In addition, you will have excellent communication and client facing skills, an ability to run files along with the desire to work in a collegiate, team based environment.
This outstanding opportunity will be remunerated appropriately and in line with the importance of the role.
